Requirements
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets by converting leads into property bookings and driving revenue growth.
- Generate new leads through field activities, referrals, and outbound calling while effectively handling inbound inquiries.
- Build strong relationships with prospects and clients, explain project details, conduct site visits, and ensure a smooth sales process.
- Lead the sales team through field ride-alongs, coaching, pitch improvement, and closing support to enhance conversion rates.
- Monitor individual performance metrics, including calls, site visits, lead pipeline, follow-ups, conversions, and bookings, to ensure target achievement.
